Built-in Car Record Player
This is really fascinating back in the day. in the 1960's playing music was really the best there is. we all know that playing records should be steady and stable so that the needle would not skip. more often, record players are also popular in bars and diners like the Juke box. whereas you can insert coins and listen to the records you want to play.
But did you know that there is also a records player that was built inside your car? like wow. i don't know if you can play it while driving because we all know it would skip. perhaps, they can only play it while in stop.
Looking at the picture below, Columbia Records made a built-in records player for a car and they called it "Highway Hi-Fi". and it was Manchester City Player Mike Summerbee that can be seen flexing he's a record player on a 1967 Volvo P1800. they say this is a must-have accessory for a self-respecting car owner.
